"Visited Vasarelli's on a blustery Wednesday night, quite a few people in for an evening meal which is always encouraging. We had seafood starters, prawn and wild rice and a squid salad. Followed by a mixed seafood pasta dish and a risotto. The food was beautifully cooked and presented. The restaurant itself is a charming old building with thick walls and high ceilings, the kitchen and bar are open plan but not intrusive and there is convenient parking behind the restaurant. Service was excellent, all the boxes ticked in terms of seating us at a nice table for two, offering 'specials', advising us on our wine selection and required gap between starters and main course."
